Mathieu Pernot, 2026 laureate of the Clément Codron Prize of the French Academy of Sciences

🏅 We are delighted to announce that Mathieu Pernot, director of our laboratory, has been awarded the 2026 Clément Codron Grand Prize by the French Academy of Sciences! The prize recognizes his work on ultrasound technologies to better understand, diagnose and treat cardiovascular diseases: ultrafast ultrasound imaging, remote palpation of the heart, ultrasound microscopy, therapeutic ultrasound, and more. His research bridges advances in ultrasound imaging and clinical applications, and has also led to the creation of several companies (Cardiawave, ICONEUS, eMyosound).
